Crew is arriving on board. I'm letting everyone get settled before we Head out to give the engines a final test. So far, My staff seems competent and well able to do their jobs. We have a long assignment ahead so it's important that everyone work well together. I feel itchy to get going.Attachments:

Captain's Log: Stardate; 1741.93. We have gone down to Stratos to speak to Plasus, the High advisor of Ardana. He has informed us that the Troglytes have kidnapped his daughter, Droxine. I know about the plight of the Troglytes and for some reason, my git tells me that something is going on that Plasus isn't telling us. First, We must locate Droxine and find out what the situatin is for ourselves. For some reason, I don't have total faith in the High advisor.Attachments:

Captain's Log: Star date; 1766.4 We have gone down to the surface of Ardana, Much to the Chagrin of the High Advisor. We have learned a disturbing truth. Plasus has been trying to recall the filter masks, calling them a "Hoax". Plasus' own daughter, Droxine has parted ways with her Father after learning that the Ardanans knew about the effect of the Zenite gas long before the Incident with the Enterprise that took place here over a year ago. This knowledge was kept under wraps in order to subdue and subjugate the Troglytes. I wasn't trained in Diplomacy. I'm just Ship's Captain. Fortunately, my Navigator is and some pull. She will be my ace in the hole that I will bring out when Plasus thinks he has me cornered politically. I am hoping to convince Droxine To return to Detroyat with us, where I will Beam the high advisor. With these two on neutral ground, perhaps we'll get something done. IF I'm going to do this, it will be in my ball park.Attachments:

Personal Log:
I am caught between a clash of Titans so to speak. I am grateful to have Navigator Kitona with us. She's proven to be a very important factor in this mission due to her prior relationship with Droxine.
I see a man fearful of falling onto despotism, and a people stuggling for personal freedom. This is a right that all Federation citizens, even Troglytes are entitled to.
There is no logical reson for this. There is, however a financial one.
For some reason, I am reminded of this strange old, obscure Earth song from the 20th century.

Captain's Log; Stardate: 1867.3. With all of the "Political Intrigue" Behind us, (I hope) We have gotten back to our normal tasks and things are returning to normal around here. Long range sensors have been scanning what is known as the Justinian archipelago. This is a group of stars that were first charted in the late 2100's. Sensors have shown some type of low power energy emanating from the area. We have been ordered to investigate and take closer readings if possible.Attachments:

Captain's Log: Stardate: 1779.4 We now Confront the notrious Captain Koloth of the Klingon Empire. He does not yet recognize me. I had met him once on a Staion with my Grandfather. First order of Business, I need to find out what Cyrano Jones did this time to anger the Klingons. He seems to have a propensity for it. I am hoping to avoid battle with 3 Klingon D-7'sAttachments:
